Wheaton 221017 Safety-Coated 250mL Reagent Bottles with Marking Patch and PTFE Lined Caps feature a special no-drip pour lip which means safer, cleaner pouring. Wheaton "400" borosilicate glass protects from contamination and a rise in pH caused by alkali which can be extracted from ordinary glass. Polypropylene cap has a PTFE liner that provides a tight seal and protects the pouring surface from dust and dirt. The liner is snapped in place with the ability to rotate. The liner can be lifted rather than scraped across the lip of the bottle; this feature provides longer life for both liner and cap.
