These Terms and Conditions of Sale are an agreement between you, the customer, and General Laboratory Supply, Inc and apply to any order placed on this website. General Laboratory Supply, Inc reserves the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time without notice. Title to goods is passed to the customer at the shipping point.
Cancellation of an Order or an item on an Order
Orders or individual items may only be cancelled if the order or an item on the order has not already been shipped, either by the supplier or General Laboratory Supply, Inc. Special Order or Made-To-Order items may NOT be cancelled.
A cancellation request must be submitted via email to websales@gogenlab.com. General Laboratory Supply will review the request but cannot guarantee that the order, or an item on the order, can be cancelled. Once we have reviewed your request, you will be contacted via email to confirm that cancellation has been approved.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns must be approved by General Laboratory Supply and accompanied by an RGA issued by us. Returns will not be accepted without the completed RGA.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period of time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight or dimensional weight based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
