The manufacturing process for the Hamilton 80370 Series 901RN 10µL Syringe with Removable 26s x 2" Point Style 2 Needle is the same as the 700 and 800 Series (S7905 & S7910). It incorporates a stainless steel plunger hand-lapped into a controlled barrel diameter. This series was developed with an extended metal sheathed borosilicate glass barrel and strengthened plunger stem which acts as a support guide for the extremely fragile, small diameter plungers. Maximum temperature for Removable Needle is 50° C (122° F) and Removable Needle is 115° C (239° F).
