Ahlstrom Munksjö 5150-1850 18.50cm Pre-Pleated Qualitative Filter Paper is the pre-pleated version of Grade 615. 25.0um Retention makes for a Fast Speed filter paper. Ahlstrom 515 has a rough surface and is used for filtering aluminum, ferric, and magnesium hydroxides. It is also found in general construction filtration work and in the filtration of insoluble iron and ore.
Ahlstrom's pre-pleated Grade 515 can save valuable time and maximize the efficiency of the laboratory filter system. Pleating improves the effective surface area increasing flow rate and loading capacity thus decreasing filtration time. Pleated circles are available in 12.5cm to 38.5cm diameters. 100/pack.
