SGE Signet GP Low Temperature Silicone Septa combine significantly longer injection life, low bleed and low injection port adhesion. GP Septa offer good durability, resealing and tear resistance properties, along with excellent solvent resistance. Intended for low temperature applications, they are blister packed to prevent absorption from the environment. These septa are suitable for a maximum injector temperature of 200°C.

Auto-Sep™ is a higher temperature (320° C) silicone septa developed specifically for high volume autosampler and manual injection use. Made from soft silicone compound, Auto-Sep™ is designed to facilitate easy needle penetration, eliminating the need for pre-drilled septa, and maximum tear resistance to ensure a long operating lifetime. Suitable to use with all detector systems (FID, ECD, MSD's), Auto-Sep™ is pre-conditioned, bleed checked (batch) and packed in non-contaminating glass containers ready for immediate use. Ideal for use with High/Low speed autosamplers.

SilTite™ metal ferrules have been developed specifically for use with GC/MS systems and have distinct advantages over graphite and composite ferrules for use with GC/MS interfaces. The metal SilTite™ ferrule and nut are made from the same material and therefore have the same thermal expansion coefficient. As the oven heats up and cools down, the nuts and ferrules expand and contract at the same rate, eliminating annoying leaks and the need to retighten the ferrule after installation. SilTite™ nuts are reusable.

A 100% polydimethylsiloxane non-polar column for Simulated Distillation in the petroleum industry. Gas Tight syringes are assembled with an interference fit between plunger tip and barrel to effect the gas sealing properties of the syringe. Plungers for these syringes are interchangeable. Gas Tight syringes can be autoclaved but the plunger should be removed. These syringes are suitable for both liquid and gas samples for maximum inertness. Also suitable for manual and dispenser/diluter applications.

These syringes are available in 5 and 10mL capacities. They are fitted with a valve (SVLL) and a special Luer Probe with a side hole for efficient sample intake. The probe is placed in position and the Head-space sample is taken and locked into the syringe using the valve. The probe is then removed from the syringe, and a Luer needle fitted (supplied) and injection made.

SGE Plunger-in-Needle NanoVolume Syringes have the ability to inject down to 50nL with high precision and accuracy. They are perfect for nanovolume capillary chromatography injection. The sample is only drawn up into the needle, not the syringe barrel.  When the plunger is depressed, the sample is completely dispensed by the NanoVolume plunger that extends right to the tip of the needle. Note: The plungers and needles are matched sets and must be replaced as a set.
