The B-pure Cartridge System provides you the flexibility of designing your own water system. The modular design allows you the ability to add additional holders when the need exists. If you need pure water of less quality than the NANOpure, E-pure, or EASYpure II can produce, the B-pure is the right system for you. Produces up to 4 liters per minute, depending upon feed water quality. Quarter-turn quick release canisters accept most Barnstead cartridges and filters. Allows for the addition of holders, as water needs change. Accepts Pura®-Lite purity indicator or digital purity meter.

The B-Pure™ 1/2 Size Filter Holder (D2772-1) has a natural polypropylene material construction that maintains purity. Filters are easily and quickly replaced with 1/4-turn quick release canisters. Accepts 10" (25.4) cm) pre- and post-filters. Wall mount. Economy Filter Holders (D2772-1E & 1F) accept virtually all 10" (25.4 cm) double, open-ended filters. Can be piped into any water line. Available in 10" and 20" holders. Post-filters for the B-pure 1/2 Size Filter Holder have a pleated, non-leachable construction.
Depending on the deionization system, certain accessories are available. These can be easily added to either new or existing systems to provide the benefits described. Digital Purity Monitor: Provides a direct reading of the resistivity of the water exiting the system. Temperature compensated to 25°C. Fits conveniently into B-pure, as well as any 1/2" (12.7 mm) NPTF opening. Provides a digital reading of actual water purity in megohm-cm, temperature compensated to 25°C. Pura®-Lite: Provides "Go/No Go" indication of water purity.

Choose from two Mega-Pure® deionization models: D2560-1 single (D1) or D2560-2 dual (D2) cartridge units. This deionization system reduces scale impurities and increases product purity. Allows for pretreating feedwater to most Mega-Pure® stills. Allows greater flexibility in meeting varying feedwater qualities. A Mega-Pure® deionizer connected to a Mega-Pure® still allows for automatic control of feed water. Temperature-compensated purity meter measures water quality and indicates when cartridges are exhausted. Flow valve precisely controls flow to still.
Mega-Pure® Stills are all glass systems that use only non-leaching components. Choice of five production capacities. The MP-1 Models (D3120A-1 thru 2E) are compact, easy-to-use 1.4 LPH glass stills available with or without a storage bottle. The MP3A (D3120A-3), MP-6A (D3120A-4) and MP-11A (D3120A-5) are 3.0, 6.0 and 11 LPH stills that are great for larger volume demands. The Model MP-12A (D3120A-6) is a 12 LPH still that has a built-in deionizer for pretreated feed to the boiler.

The MEGA-PURE Automatic Collection System is designed to collect water from the MEGA-PURE stills and control their operation and store up to 45 liters of Type II distilled water. All glass design with glass inlet and outlet tubing. The ACS is preset to shut off the power to the heaters and the water supply to the MEGA-PURE still after the bottle has collected approximately 45 liters. When the purified water supply has been depleted to approximately 38 liters, the system will automatically restart the water still and refill the collection system.

Designed for durability and consistent quality, the Classic Still was originally designed over 100 years ago, and has withstood all the tests of time. A low water cut-off prevents still burnout in the event of feedwater interruption. Manufactured from copper and bronze, with a coating of pure tin. Pure tin is used due to its inert properties against the corrosive nature of pure water. Pure tin will also not leach any contaminants into the water. Feedwater preheated in condenser conserves energy. Double-walled boiler conserves electricity.
Fully Automatic Controls for Classic Stills provide for unattended operation. Stops still when storage tank is full, starts still when storage tank water level falls below preset level. Drains still boiler at your selected 2, 4, 8, or 16 hr. intervals to reduce scale formation. The Controls include: control box, storage tank monitor, Inlet piping includes: solenoid valve, pressure gauge, manual regulating valve. Boiler drain includes: piping, solenoid valve and manual valve. 120 VAC.

Diamond™ RO Reverse Osmosis Systems produce water flow rates of 6, 12 or 24 liters per hour. 12 and 24 liter per hour system uses new pump technology to provide for silent operation. 6 liter per hour system uses available in-house line pressure. Each system supplied with everything you need for operation; arrives complete with prefilter, MPS (Membrane Protection System) cartridge, extruded carbon filter and membrane(s). Unique Membrane Protection System cartridge eliminates the need to soften your water.

The DIamond RO system requires product water storage to provide you with the quantity of water you require when you need it. These rigid fluorinated polyethylene reservoirs are specially designed for operation with DIamond RO series systems. The reservoirs are filtered to prevent airborne contamination and incorporate level controls to start and stop your DIamond RO when needed as well as preventing operation if there is not sufficient water in the reservoir to satisfy its requirements.

Completely cabinetized models Includes a still and an appropriately matched tin-coated storage tank in a neat, compact and clean unit. Space saving design takes up less space than conventional units, while allowing for point of use installation. Fully automatic hands-free operation turns still off when the tank is full; restarts still when tank empties. Automatically drains the boiling chamber every time the unit is off and every 4 hours of operation, helping to keep your still clean. Choice of two sizes: 2 or 5 GPH.
The purity of Final Filter Models D2839-1, D2839-2 and D2839-3 is maintained with the use of hydrophilic material eliminating recontamination. 0.2 micron pore size, bubble point tested to ensure absolute filtration. Provides bacterial free water. Irradiated to ensure sterility. Extremely low extractables and they are autoclavable. Used as final filter for your most critical applications. Automatic air venting. Demonstrated log reduction value (LRV) of 9.38 when challenged with P. Diminuta.
