A highly concentrated, biodegradable, antistatic cleaner that meets MIL-B-81705B, NFPA 56A. Leaves no film or streaks and will not degrade production environment's antistatic properties. Exhibits a low foam level and constant detergency. The formulation contains no phosphates or alkalis and is safe for septic and sewage systems. Electrostatic decay time is 0.2 seconds (FED Test Method 4046). Note: For best results in curing, Staticide Acrylic Static-Dissipative Floor Finish (C5367) should be used after cleaning and neutralizing.

This non-ammoniated, biodegradable floor stripper removes old coats of wax or synthetic floor finish quickly and effectively with no harsh odors. This stripper will not damage or dull flooring when used according to manufacturer's directions. Non-streaking and low foaming. Effective in hard or soft water. Removes embedded dirt providing a completely clean and finish-ready surface by emulsifying dirt and residual particles of old wax or coating. Coverage approximately 5000 sq. ft. per diluted gallon (diluted 1 part to 15 parts water). Meets or exceeds MIL-B81705B, NFPA 56A.

The Vertiklean® Wall Washing System is a lightweight polyester disposable mop head and hardware system designed for vertical surfaces. Developed for wet cleaning ceilings and walls in controlled environments. Designed for one-time use, the disposable mop heads are available in 4 sizes (7", 12", 14" 16 1/4"). Both the VertiKlean® and Paddle VertiKlean® are comprised of polyester fabric laminated to clean ester foam which provides excellent abrasion resistance.

Enhanced Ribbed Tube Edgeless Mop features unique ribbed, twisted strands that are more absorbent than traditional tube mops.

STERI-PEROX® is an effective one step, ready to use product that is available in premixed concentrations of 3% and 6%. Formulation of STERI-PEROX® is accomplished with USP Purified Water and is produced sterile by aseptic filtering at 0.2 microns. The product is available in 8 ounce bottles with trigger sprayers and 1 gallon containers as either sterile or non-sterile.

Best used for those areas such as walls, ceilings, floors, and other surfaces that requires the use of a sterile sodium Hypochlorite solution. Formulation of HYPO-CHLOR® is accomplished with USP Purified Water and is produced sterile by aseptic filtering at 0.2 microns.

DECON-SPORE 200 Plus® is a peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide solution that can be used as either a steriliant or disinfectant. Designed for the sterilization of manufacturing, packaging, and filling equipment in aseptic processes. DECON-SPORE 200 Plus® has been confirmed by AOCA protocol testing at a dilution of 5% or 6.4 ounces per 128 ounces of hard or soft water (500 ppm as CaCO3). All surfaces should be exposed to the sterilizing solution for a minimum exposure time based on the temperature of the solution.

DECON-AHOL® Sterile WFI Formula has been developed to address the reduction of possible endotoxin levels that may exist in the use of a 70% sterile Isopropyl alcohol solution. VAI knew that just formulating 99% isopropyl alcohol with USP Water for Injection (WFI) without the concern for the reduction of endotoxin levels throughout the entire manufacturing process would net an unacceptable final product.

The newly expanded line includes sealed and wrapped foam swabs for general swab applications, sealed and wrapped polyester swabs for applications with critical contamination sensitivity, anti-static dissipative and conductive swabs for static sensitive applications. SF Series: The "Sealed Foam" swabs have 100 PPI polyurethane foam heads for good strength and abrasion resistance. The foam is excellent for particle entrapment and retention.

When used often, they prevent dust attraction and build-up. Effective in a relative humidity below 0.15%. Formulated with a blended solution of pure Staticide concentrate, deionized water, and isopropyl alcohol. Long lasting, nontoxic, and biodegradable. Color: white. Meets NFPA-56A and MIL-B-81705B electrostatic decay criteria.
