The hazardous and corrosive chemical bottle pourer is manufactured from PTFE and has totally inert pouring surfaces. The neck sealing ring is a fluoroelastomer encapsulated in PTFE providing excellent chemical resistance to common solvents, acids and bases.

Heavy duty borosilicate bottles are used in EPA Methods 1310 Extraction Procedure, 1311 Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP), and 1312 Synthetic Precipitation Leaching Procedure (SPLP), for those substances subject to regulation under Subtitle C of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The EPA recommends that borosilicate bottles be used. All have GPI finish 100-440.
