Cycle light indicates when power is being supplied to heating element. Stainless steel case provides optimal strength for heavy loads. 12 x 24" hot plate case is painted with epoxy paint for increased chemical resistance in corrosive environments.

Thermo Scientific Cimarec basic hotplates reach maximum temperature in less than 8 minutes. Sleek, rugged design and construction reduces the chance of top plate breakage and promotes durability, for economical high performance. The solid ceramic top plate cleans easily, and resists acids and alkalis. The new top-plate design reduces the chance of breakage while the improved spillaway design diverts spills away from internal components to help extend the hotplates usefulness.

The Thermo Scientific General Purpose Low Profile Stirrer is stable and easy to clean. Available with single or multi-place stirring positions. The stirrer uses Stir Trac technology-strong magnetic coupling with a speed range of 350 to 2000rpm. It is rated for continuous use and sealed to IP65 standards.

The PB-950 is a four-station jartester featuring four operator-programmable memory banks. Each bank can be programmed with paddle speeds from 5 to 300 rpm in 1-rpm increments, and run times from 1 second to 100 minutes in 1-second increments. The stirrer can be run sequentially through the memory banks, independently in any one of the memories, or continuously at a selected speed. Turning the stirrer off does not erase the programmed information.

The Quick Stop function stops the drive within two seconds, minimizing after runs and reducing the risk of breakage.
